We have a ten (10)-day return policy, which means you have ten (10) days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please review our exceptions and non-returnable items below, as some products are final sale.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene items)
  • All final sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us via live chat or email before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


🔁 Subscription-Based Products

Billing & Cancellation

For subscription products (such as wellness or self-care packages), the start date is the date of purchase as shown on your invoice.

  • Recurring shipments follow our standard shipping timelines
  • Billing occurs based on the subscription frequency selected at checkout
  • Each renewal is processed upon successful payment

Subscription-based products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To cancel your subscription, please submit a Request Return or Exchange form at least five (5) business days before your next billing cycle.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please complete our Request Return or Exchange form.

Once submitted, please follow the instructions provided in the form carefully to ensure timely processing.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Free return shipping is not included
