For our Toronto community, we offer a dedicated local delivery experience through MIEN PLUS.

Free Local Delivery

  • Free delivery within a 10km radius of Bloor West Village (West Toronto)
  • Applies to in-stock items only
  • Eligibility is automatically determined at checkout using your address and postal code
  • If eligible, free local delivery will appear at checkout

Delivery Timing

  • Same-day or next-business-day delivery for eligible orders
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays are delivered the next business day
  • No Saturday deliveries
  • Deliveries occur during regular business days via MIEN PLUS Delivery Service

We ship across Canada through Canada Post for reliable nationwide delivery.

Orders Under $99

  • Orders under $99 will incur a shipping fee
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post Standard or Expedited options

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States

We ship select products to the United States, including apparel and other eligible items.

Due to cross-border regulations and tariffs, some items are not eligible for U.S. shipping. If an item cannot be added to your cart, it is not available for U.S. delivery.
