Return & Refund Policy

We have a ten (10)-day return policy, which means you have ten (10) days after receiving your item to request a return. We kindly ask you to review exceptions / non-returnable items below as some of our products are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, fill out our Request Return or Exchange form. Please follow the guidance provided in the request form to ensure processing is done quickly. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Free shipping on returns is not included. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). No returns allowed on any FINAL Sale items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Subscription-based products - Billing & Cancellation

Start-date of a subscription for a product sent on a recurring basis (e.g. Wellness & Self-Care Package) is the date of purchase as reflected on your invoice. Recurring shipments of all products for a subscription will be according to our standard shipping policy. The billing cycle will be according to the frequency of the subscription chosen, and processing and shipping of recurring products is subject to a successful payment transaction on the billing cycle date.

Subscription based goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To cancel your subscription, fill out our Request Return or Exchange form at least five (5) business days before your next billing cycle. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
