In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the frozen berries, ¼ cup water, and chia seeds, stirring constantly. Once it starts to bubble, continue to cook until desired thickness is reached (the longer you cook, the thicker your berry chia compote will be!).
Allow 10-15 mins to cool. In a bowl, stir together your coconut yogurt and Blume Blend of choice until smooth.
In a glass or jar, layer your parfait as desired using the yogurt, berry compote, and granola.

DIY Coconut yogurt: Combine 1 can of full fat coconut milk with 2 probiotic capsules,
cover with a cheesecloth, and allow to sit on the counter for around 24 hours.
